Stunning views from this sweet Harbor, City & Ocean View Retreat. Together Cheltenham Retreat can sleep 10-12 guests comfortably OR this property can be separated into two very private homes. One is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage feel, while the other is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.
The Cottage has a two car garage, private hot tub, full kitchen, one king bed, one full bed, plus a pull out sofa, flat screen TV, washer & dryer and outdoor barbecue and dining. The adjacent home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds and the third with a set of twins.
The eat-in kitchen is spacious and fully stocked and sits between the front and back patios of the home. Great remodeled bathrooms, laundry room, very clean and stocked with luxury amenities. This residence also has a private hot tub, barbecue, and outdoor dining! The entire property is fenced in and is pet friendly upon approval. There is a private walk way and gate which separates the cottage from the main residence.
Its location is ideal with the beautiful views, yet very convenient to Santa Barbara’s unique charm and history with a 3-4 minute drive to the Museum of Natural History, Mission, Botanical Gardens, and Tunnel trail for excellent hiking. Cheltenham Retreat is just 5-7 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where you can enjoy Shopping, Theatre, Local Restaurants, the Harbor and Beaches.
