Sitting at the end of a quiet cul de sac just minutes from the Santa Barbara Airport is a beautiful 4 bedrooms, 3-bath home with a pool, spa, and private beach access to More Mesa Beach. This is a quiet stretch of beach below the bluffs of Hope Ranch and has limited access to the public, unless of course, you are vacationing at this cozy retreat.

This 3500 sq. ft. spacious home features a beautiful wrap around porch, fully equipped kitchen, center island, comfortable dining room, and cozy family room which overlooks the backyard pool, spa, and outdoor fireplace. Outside entertaining is ideal for families to enjoy the in ground trampoline, barbeque, or basketball hoop. Indoors you can take advantage of the exercise equipment or play a friendly game of billiards. All of the bedrooms are equipped with fine linens and towels with plenty of space for 8 to 10 guests. The upstairs master suite has views of the Ocean and Islands. Have a dog? Not a problem as we love to welcome your furry friends.
