This two story house sits on .54 flat acres and is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings and top of the line appliances. The gourmet kitchen contains a Viking oven with 6 burners, gorgeous marble counter tops, Bosch dishwasher and all new custom cabinetry and kitchenware. The bright, open floor plan boasts beautiful oak plank floors, wood doors throughout, a separate dining room and laundry room with new front load washer/dryer on pedestals. Two decks on the lower level and a balcony off the master bedroom are ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying the stunning views. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and Summerland shops.

” We had such a delightful 2 week stay at Ocean View Heights. Every morning we took our 20 month old son on a stroller ride to to Lookout Park so he could enjoy an early morning walk on the beach and than play on the playground. We loved the location of this house! The private road leading down to the house reminded us of Tuscany. The beautiful trees and plentiful rabbits were a joy to see. The best view of all was the ocean views from this home! Being close to the antique shops and the outstanding restaurants in Montecito was certainly convenient. Our favorite is the Stonehouse Restaurant at the San Ysidro Ranch. We couldn’t of had a better stay. Your home was the perfect vacation rental for us as our son enjoyed playing outside and being close to everything that Santa Barbara has to offer. We are delighted to be the first vacation rentals of Ocean View Heights!” ~August 2011
