Enter the circular motor court through beautiful wrought iron gates and bubbling fountain to begin your memorable experience. Once inside you will be welcomed by a warm and cozy atmosphere, beautiful faux & stencil painted walls, Venetian plaster, and gorgeous old world iron lighting. The gourmet kitchen includes all high-end Viking & Meile appliances, a center island, water filtration system, trash compactor, plus a cozy casual eating space overlooking the backyard gardens and pool area.

The formal living room is ideal for social gatherings by the warm fire, while the informal family room is perfect for watching your favorite movie. Stone House also offers a tranquil setting in its formal dining room. On the main living level is the first guest bedroom, which has a queen bed and private bath. The lower level guest room number two is considered a second master suite or staff quarters and includes a private entrance, full kitchen, king bed, TV and restroom. The beautifully detailed stair case will take you up to the master suite with its king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony with a hot tub plus another smaller balcony which has breathtaking mountain views. Opposite the master suite is guest bedroom number three, with a canopy queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath. Finally, the fourth guest room serves a dual purpose as an office and bedroom. This too has a queen bed and a private bathroom.

Outside you will enjoy the beautiful garden setting, pool and spa, and a fun sliding board for all to enjoy. The pool is heated through a solar system and can be used year round. There is plenty of outdoor space for dining, lounging, and entertaining around the stone fireplace.
