Our Gift to the Bride & Groom: $100 Gift Certificate toward our Personal Concierge Service to assist you in planning your special day. WE can help in planning all aspects of your wedding from photographers to caterers. Our Concierge also assists at the property the day of the ceremony to ensure that your day is as magical as you expect.
Deposits and Payments: $5000 deposit is required. Fully refundable within 7 days.
Deposit is collected at time of booking. Final payment to be paid in full 90 days prior to
the event.
Policy & Procedures:
- Use of entire estate is included in Venue Fee
- Representative from Santa Barbara Exclusive Rentals at all events
- Client agrees to obtain a one-day Special Events Insurance Policy.
- Approved Vendors required. A list will be supplied at time of booking.
- Professional Event/Wedding planner required
- Liquor license required and may be obtained through ABC or your caterer.
License number must be supplied to SBER 15 days prior to the event.
- Additional restrooms may be required depending on the number of guests.
- Permission from the homeowner must be granted for use of candles, lanterns or
open flames. Several homes have outdoor fireplaces and heaters, which may be utilized.
- Each exclusive property has limited parking. This property will require shuttle service
for guests
- Excellent property for rehearsal dinners or other private dinner events
- This property can accommodate 8 overnight guests.
All other terms and conditions apply on the Vacation Rental Agreement.
