This Mediterranean estate is located on a peaceful and quite ridge in Montecito, yet is only minutes to the Upper Village. It offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the City, and
The Harbor of Santa Barbara. At the main entrance, experience a feeling of privacy and
privilege as you pass through the hand-hewn stone columns and wrought-iron gates and
onto the beautifully landscaped driveway.
The terra-cotta tiled entryway is elegant and boasts a handcrafted door constructed of wrought- iron and glass. As you enter the property you will appreciate the milled woodwork, rich beamed
ceilings, Venetian plaster walls, Siltillo tile floors, and aged walnut floors. These details
combined to create a classic California feel, with a historic Santa Barbara Spanish flair.
Seven fireplaces grace the property, all created from local sandstone. The fine stonework
continues with individually selected granite counter tops in the kitchen and in each of the
seven bathrooms.
