Decorations: Our homes are beautifully decorated as they are. However, many brides prefer to “personalize” the space for their special day. You may decorate the interior/exterior tastefully without damaging the lawn, landscape, interior walls, furniture or floors - we simply ask that the property be left in the same condition it was received. Approved event coordinator to oversee these details.
Rentals: Please inquire about our approved list of local area vendors. Proof of Event Insurance is required as well as approved coordinator the day of the event.
Policy & Procedures:
- One day Special Events Insurance Policy required.
- Approved Vendors preferred. A recommendation list will be supplied.
- Professional Event Planning required.
- Bridal dressing area available.
- Use of property day of only and set up day before.
- Valet parking or shuttle service recommended for larger groups.
- Permission from the homeowner must be granted for use of candles, lanterns or open flames. Several homes have outdoor fireplaces and heaters which may be utilized.
- Venue fee includes use of entire estate.
- On site property manager included.
- Amplified music off by 10:00pm
- Security Deposit is $10,000.00
- This property can accommodate overnight stays
