- Security Deposit is due within 7 days of receipt of Rental Agreement to confirm a reservation.
- Guest Registration Form is due within 24 hours via Fax 805.618.2938 or E-mail your Reservation Specialist.
- Our Policy does not allow us to “hold” properties without a Security Deposit
- Final Payment is due Ninety (90) days prior to arrival
- We NOW accept MC and VISA for Rental Payments
- We also accept wire transfers, checks and cashiers checks.

- Inside Ninety (90) days non-refundable unless property re-rented for same amount to another party. For special circumstances, dates may be changed based on availability.

- Cleaning Fees vary from $125 to $500 depending upon house and length of stay
- Pool Heating additional on select properties especially during winter months
- Longer Term Rentals require weekly housekeeping
- Longer Term Rentals require additional security deposit
- Our Pet Friendly properties have a daily pet fee of $20. Some also have weight limits.
- County TOT 10% and City TOT is 12% for stays less than 31 days.

- No Pets or Visiting Pets except on select properties. Additional daily pet fee is $20 per Pet. Pet Policy enforced.
- Each Property has maximum occupancy limitations. All homes are equipped with starter supplies of basic essentials in kitchen, baths, and laundry rooms.
- Property Owner is responsible for occupancy tax for rentals less than 31 days.
- An ADDITIONAL Fee will be charged for hosting private dinner parties, cocktail receptions or any kind of celebration in which the maximum number of house guests is exceeded.
- It is our policy not to rent to groups of adults under the age of 40
- All Summer rentals require a one week minimum
- SBER properties are NOT available for Weddings or Events
