- All properties are Non Smoking
- No Pets or Visiting Pets except on select properties.
- Each Property has maximum occupancy limitations. All homes are equipped with starter supplies of basic essentials in kitchen, baths,
and laundry rooms.
- Property Owner is responsible for occupancy tax for rentals less than 30 days.
- An Event Fee will be charged for hosting private dinner parties, cocktail receptions or any kind of celebration in which the maximum number of house guests is exceeded.
