This sweet little Studio Casita is located in the heart of Montecito. Everything about this Casita sparkles with tasteful furnishings, great lighting, and beautiful French doors leading to a lovely patio. 

The living room, dining room, and bedroom share one large space that is airy and inviting with plenty of light streaming in. The dining room table is traditional pine, with comfortable contemporary chairs adding a nice contrast against a neutral palette. Additionally, there’s a cozy loveseat and a REALLY COMFORTABLE new queen-size sleeper that folds out and faces the patio, creating a serene backdrop to this tranquil room. Other features include a 40-inch mounted flat-screen TV to keep guests entertained or in touch with world events. 

The Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accouterments needed for a tasty meal.   

Outdoors, the patio offers a barbecue and four-person dining table.   

Location is everything, and Coral Casita is poised in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. A 10-minute walk will find guests at picturesque Butterfly Beach, near the world-renowned Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel. In the opposite direction, a 10-minute walk will see guests arriving at the Luxurious Rosewood Miramar Beach where rooms start at $1,200 per night. And in yet another direction, a 5-minute walk will find guests arriving at Coast Village Road in the Lower Village. Upscale boutiques, fine dining, and great coffee shops are just a few enticements sure to coax curious guests to wander and explore. If you are fortunate to be here on a Friday, the Farmers Market takes to the streets with local bounty.
