Welcome to our peaceful apartment-style cottage!
This quiet little cottage was built in the late 1920s and is one of five units on the property. You are central to both Santa Barbara and Montecito. The property is close to Santa Barbara's famous "Funk Zone" and has world-renowned wine tasting, shopping, food, and bar hopping areas. Also, close to State Street, the commercial heart of Santa Barbara, you will find all the greatest restaurants, live music, and fun that spills out to the beach and the Wharf. You can enjoy a bike ride along the beach and visit the bird refuge or have a cup of chowder at the world-famous Brophy Brothers at the Harbor. Santa Barbara vibes are sure to deliver!
Your cottage is serene and cozy. There are comfy couches to unwind and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or walk out the French doors to a private deck where you can enjoy your favorite drink and the feel of the ocean breeze nearby. The kitchen is quaint and well-appointed, with everything you need to cook a delicious meal or barbecue some steaks outside the back door. There is a charming dining area with a table and four chairs, and with the French doors open, you will have that indoor-outdoor California experience.
The first bedroom is attractively decorated with a queen-sized bed, side tables, and a closet. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, side tables, and plenty of space for clothes. The bathroom is shared and has a shower/tub combo.
We have long-term tenants on the premises who work. When renting this property, please respect the privacy of the others with no loud talking, loud music, or parties. There is street parking only, and no laundry facilities are available for short-term guests.
Location: Prime Santa Barbara Location – Close to Montecito and the famous Funk Zone and State Street with boutiques, restaurants, museums, and nightclubs.
