*Important notice about construction. The condo patio has scaffolding on the patio and therefore the condo does not have patio access. There will be light demolition, stucco application and painting. We anticipate this work happening from November 30th, 2020 for 2-3 weeks. 

Carpinteria Shores condo 110 is a beachfront condo community located on the world's safest beach.

This beautifully furnished first-floor condo is located directly on the beach. The first thing you'll want to do before you even unpack is to step out onto the private deck, soak in the views, and say to yourself; this is living! You'll enjoy lounging away the days watching the spectacular Carpinteria sunrise and sunsets.

The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable. The condo also comes with private upgraded WiFi with 25MBPS download speeds. Once you're checked in you'll hardly ever have to use your car while staying here. You can walk or ride your bike anywhere you need to go. Everything is close by, shops, restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms, groceries and more. 

The kitchen has all new granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all new appliances. Comes complete with all cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with two bedside lamps.  The second guest bedroom features two twin beds. For extra guests, we provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The winter Sand Berm has been taken down as of March 3rd, 2020. The ground floor has ocean views.  

*Sand berm blocks ocean view on the ground floor only from December through March (Dates are approximate) This year (2020) The sand berm came down starting on March 2nd. You can walk up and over it , sit on it with your beach chairs, or walk around it for beach access.
